Its also important to keep a mailing list, ours at last count contained over 600 buyers, and as soon as we take instructions these buyers are contacted about your property. Many of our customers prefer us to carry out the viewings and we are only to happy to oblige, it gives us the chance to interact with the potential purchaser and try to get the most out of the situation.
